Code of Conduct

This document serves as a guide to standards and ethical norms that every Client on Profyer.com is expected to adhere to.

1. Communicate with the professional respectfully and to the point: a true expert values their time and reputation. Professionals do not work for mere gratitude and are not seeking to befriend you. What you are paying for, first and foremost, is quality.

2. Be punctual and arrive at the agreed time. Adhering to this basic courtesy is fundamental to any productive relationship.

3. Value the professional's time as much as your own. Unforeseen events can happen to anyone—heavy traffic, urgent matters, sudden illness, etc. If you have an appointment with a specialist, inform them of any issues as early as possible so they can adjust their schedule and minimize lost time and income. If your absence results in losses that could not be avoided, unfortunately, the responsibility indirectly falls on you, and it is recommended to compensate for any incurred expenses.

4. Procure materials in advance. Whenever possible, start sourcing and purchasing necessary materials ahead of time. Delaying the work due to your oversight results in lost money, strained nerves, and damaged relationships. If you want the job done quickly, ensure everything is prepared before work begins, such as clearing the space of furniture and other items. Regularly check which materials need to be bought by which date, distinguishing between urgent and non-urgent items.

5. Consider the neighbors. Agree with the contractors that all noisy work should be completed by a certain time, and that no noisy work should be carried out on holidays and weekends. Otherwise, the neighbors may call the police without bothering to communicate with you or your team.

6. Making changes or adjustments during the service. If you agree on certain work, the professionals complete it, and you then change your mind and want something different in the same place—you will need to pay for the new work.

7. If you do not currently need the specialist’s services, are just comparing prices, or are simply analyzing the market, do not give false hope to the professionals. Additionally, you may receive more useful information and advice from specialists by creating a separate post in the Profyer Facebook groups.

By using our platform, you automatically agree to these internal rules. In case of complaints, we will investigate and, based on the facts, may issue a final warning or remove you from the platform. If you have any questions or comments, please contact us at info@profyer.com.
